Select Aperitivo is the luxury Spritz of Venice, a full-flavoured bitter liqueur composed of 30 botanical elements, with dominant aromatic notes of juniper, rhubarb and wormwood.
Its fiery red color and its complexity of aromas and botanical elements make it ideal for making a luxury Spritz that you serve authentically with an olive in the glass. The slightly higher alcohol levels compared to the rest of the Spritz on the market enhance its taste but also reflect its premium category.
For the record, Select was created in 1920 in the Castello of Venice, the historic center and heart of the city.
