1. Withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you purchase through the online store of the Website within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, requesting a refund, as long as the products are sealed in their original packaging and in excellent condition.

The right of withdrawal, according to the current legislation, does not apply to product categories concerning:

• Supply of perishable or perishable goods.

•Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

• Supply of sealed goods which can be tampered with

• Supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, but the delivery of which can only take place after thirty (30) days and the actual price of which depends on market fluctuations, which it is not possible for the supplier to check.

• Products purchased on invoice.

• In contracts concluded outside a commercial store, for which the consumer pays an amount not exceeding thirty (30) euros.

Withdrawal procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about it either by e-mail at, or by phone at +30 26210 201333. Within the 14-day period, you must send the products to the address of Agios Georgiou, Anthopyrgos 27100 Pyrgos, Greece, at your own expense. The products must be returned sealed in their original packaging and in perfect condition and together with all the documents that accompanied the product. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

Refund: The Company will refund the payment received to you within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which it was informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Product shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In case of payment by credit card, the Company is not responsible for any delay in the refund of the payment due to the procedures followed by the respective Bank. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to a bank account that you will indicate to us in writing and our Company will only be charged with the costs of its own Bank.

2. Delivery of incorrect or defective product

All our products go through the necessary quality checks and the Company makes every effort to ensure that your orders are delivered without errors. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below.

In case the product you received is different from the one you ordered by type or quantity or is defective, you can refuse to receive it from the carrier and inform us by e-mail at, or by phone at +30 26210 201333, so that we can send you the right product.

If you find the problem after opening the package, please contact us by e-mail at, or by phone at +30 26210 201333, so that we can arrange for the replacement of the product at our own expense and exclusively with the transport company of our choice. Upon your request, the Company will receive the defective product and refund you.

To verify the defect before receiving the product from, we may ask you for more information or photos of the product in question.
