Coffee

A journey that starts from the selection of the raw material (green coffee), storage, evaluation and quality control, roasting, blending, grinding and packaging to the final enjoyment in the cup.

The Coffee & Bar Experts company has a state-of-the-art coffee production unit, in which a fully developed, properly validated and verified Safety Management System (S.D.A.T - F.S.M.S) is applied, based on the principles of H.A.C.C.P, ensuring stability in quality but maintaining at the same time a strong flavor of tradition.

The scope of the system includes all stages of coffee processing: roasting, grinding and packaging, thus taking all the necessary measures so that the products it produces, packs and distributes are safe.

The purchase of the raw material is made entirely by Greek importers with many years of presence in the market and its storage is done in specially designed areas with appropriate environmental conditions, for their proper maintenance.

The 15 kg capacity roaster, the 20 kg/hour capacity roller grinding system, the 20 kg capacity grinder, the multi-silo for raw coffee storage and the Greek coffee and espresso packer with the ability to supply nitrogen and a safety valve make up our production line .

A coffee ... a landmark for Coffee & Bar Experts

What makes this coffee so special? It was created by us with passion and patience and has been cultivated in Brazil, Colombia and India. It is a blend with its own history and philosophy, which we did not discover but ... created.

"Pappous" is a coffee with a mild, excellent aroma, full of rich body and pleasant sweetness, and is distinguished by its diversity and its authenticity. The aromas it releases are intoxicating and its taste can captivate even the most severe judge.
