O.E." and the distinctive title "Coffee & Bar Experts" (from here on the “Company"), based in Pyrgos Ilias, Anthopyrgos, Agios Georgios, P.C. 27131, Greece, with email address: info@coffeebarexperts.gr and phone number: +30 26210 201333. The content of the Website is subject to specific terms of use that bind each visitor/user. The Company may modify these Terms of Use at any time and without notice, by announcing the modification through its website. By navigating and using the Website, visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use. Terms of sales e-shop
These terms constitute the contract between you (from here on referred to as "Customer" or "you") and the general partnership under the name "FOUFOPOULOS D.-KOSTOPOULOS V. O.E." and the distinctive title "Coffee&BarExperts" (from here on referred to as the "Company") in relation to the sale of products through the Company's online store (from here on the "Electronic Store" or "E-shop"), which operates on the Website under domain name https://coffeebarexperts.gr/
1. Sales process
Placing an order through the Website constitutes an electronic declaration of intent addressed to the Company to purchase specific products, which are available in the online store. Upon completion of your order via the E-shop, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, containing the order details and the date of receipt of your request, but does not constitute acceptance.
The conclusion of the sales contract is completed when we send you confirmation by e-mail of the dispatch of the product. The legal proof of purchase (receipt for retail or sales invoice) will either be sent to you with the product, or will be sent electronically to the email address you provided when submitting your order. 2.1 The Company reserves the right to change the prices of the Online Store without prior notification to the Customer.
2.2 All prices include VAT.
3. Cancellation of an order
The Customer has the possibility to cancel or change his order, until it is sent, by informing us by phone or email.

The Company makes every effort to ensure that product information on the Website is correct, accurate and up-to-date. However, errors are possible and the actual packaging and materials of the products may contain even more and different information than that shown on the Website. All product information on our Website is provided for informational purposes only. 5. Limitation of Company Liability
