Ron Barceló was born in 1929 with his vision Julian Barceló, a young Spanish businessman, who founded Barceló & Co in the city of Santo Domingo in 1930. The brand quickly became one of the largest rums in the Caribbean. With an average temperature of 30 degrees throughout time and the unique "azucareras" sugar cane, the Saint Dominica is the perfect place to grow old and rum distillation. Ron Barceló uses a natural process aging without artificial means and solera techniques.
