From the single vineyard "Helones" at an altitude of 650 meters in the cold Amyntaio, a single varietal Syrah from the very dynamic Alfa estate.
Complex aroma, earthy, spicy and fruity while the mouth is buttery with good freshness and spicy aftertaste.
Try it with meat pies, mushrooms in the pan and of course with meats on the grill or in the pot.
It has at least five years ahead of it for maturation, of course it's just as enjoyable to drink already.
