The king of the white Greek varieties, Assyrtiko, is hosted in the wonderful and certified sustainable vineyard of the Alpha estate in Amyntaio and the result justifies it. The single vineyard Agia Kyriaki is a well-made white with intensity, character and a pluralistic sip thanks to the 8-month stay of the wine on its lees. Crystalline and bright appearance in a light yellow hue. Intense and rich nose, with complexity and aromas that characterize the variety. Citrus fruits, white flowers and white stone fruits. The mouth has an excellent structure, charming oiliness and a refreshing acidity that contributes to the duration of the aromas and the aftertaste.
