It was 1870 when a stockbroker, chatting with his colleagues at Bottega Carpano, ordered his usual vermouth with half a shot of a bitter liqueur, even using the expression "Punte Mes" (roughly translated as "one and a half" in his dialect Piedmont). Thus was created a legendary product that became fashionable thanks to the habit of Carpano's customers, to order "Punt e Mes" with a wave of their hand.
Golden-orange color with an exquisite aroma of herbs, notes of candies and cloves. It is pleasant and silky in the mouth with soft orange aromas.
Enjoy it plain with an orange peel but also as a base for special cocktails.
