Michter's US*1 Bourbon from Michter's distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, is produced in small batches, usually from no more than two dozen barrels.
The reason he does it is simple...Michter's has as a motto that "They don't care about the cost, but about making the best possible whiskey!"
