The French Edmond Briottet liqueurs are the premium proposition for the professional bartender. With a tradition since 1836, it produces and offers the world's leading liqueurs in 53 different flavors. The method of their preparation remains traditional, requiring up to 10 weeks of waiting for their preparation.

Absinthe, which for many years was produced in Pontarlier in eastern France and then banned due to medical risks, is legal again.

The plant is grown in Pontarlier and then distilled with green anise.

When you taste it you will notice a taste similar to that of anise but at the same time quite different. Drink it plain after a meal, or with ice.
