Mezcal Bruxo No1 Espaldin is made from 100% agave espadin (angustifolia) with an average age of 8 years.
Cooking is done in stone, conical ovens and milling in the traditional stone tahona. Fermentation takes place in wooden tanks and distillation twice in copper stills. A highly aromatic mezcal, full of floral aromas, notes of citrus, vanilla, tobacco and red fruits.
