Wanting to strengthen the framework of the continuous training of the baristas of our Prefecture, on November 20-21, the 2nd Jacobs Espresso Barista Basic seminar took place for this year with Mr. Janeto Dalietto as our guest. This specific course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills that every professional barista needs to stand out in the professional coffee industry.

 The lecturer of the seminar developed the main thematic pillars of espresso and milk, with many examples of a correct and balanced cup. He particularly developed the numerous techniques and arrangements required, as well as the proper use of the grinding mill.
