Diplomatico Rum is the legacy of Jose Rafael Ballesteros Melendez. A rum unlike any other. Venezuelan sugarcane, which has a very high percentage of sugar, is the raw material for the production of Diplomatico. The raw material is first distilled in continuous stills, and then in copper stills to produce a fuller and more flavorful result. Ideal for mixing in long drinks such as Rum Mule & Tiki cocktails, but also for classic cocktails such as the Negroni. Pair it with a sumptuous selection of nuts or charcuterie.
