The Coffee & Bar Experts team, a new generation of coffee roasters, with craftsmanship and expertise in modern roasting methods with knowledge of the history, route and specificity of the raw material of coffee, revived the recipe of Grandfather Theodore. From him we have the memories of the smell of freshly roasted coffee. Grandpa's advice for good Greek coffee was love and passion, two ingredients we added to our mix.
